Salam Alaykum,

Please note; that we are a Muslim based company with a small team, and do not operate as largely as other large corporations such as (Amazon, Ali Express, and etc...), therefore shipping is extremely expensive on us, specially for returns which are doubled in shipping rates, so please be mindful of that beforehand, and remember Allah (SWT) is always watching. 

We have a 10-day return/refund policy, but only under the condition that the product is flawed, a mistake from our end, or a sizing issue (after going through our size chart or asking customer service for advice)

If the product is flawed, there's a mistake from our end or we advised you with the wrong size, then we will be responsible for all additional return shipping charges and will take care of everything.

If it is under the condition that you changed your mind, do not like the color, want a different size because there was a miscalculation from your end, or any other reason that is not related to our team, then in that case the costumer would be liable for all return charges that apply, once we receive the products back to our warehouse and it is in good condition then the costumer recieves 100% Refund (Excluding shipping fee that was paid if any)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, in order for our shipping team to collect the package back from your original delivery location. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right InshAllah.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-4 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
